On your marks … Get set … Go!!

The build up to FNB Rock n Run 2019 has begun. Following the huge success of the past four years, the fifth event promises to bring even more rocking and running fun in the sun.

Take part in a 5 or 10km fun run, where you will be entertained all the way along the route by local artists and a wide variety of fun activities.

Upon reaching the finished line enjoy the fresh flavour of our international artists, pop in at our beer garden, with all the comfort and assurance that your young ones are in the safe and very capable hands of our helpers at the kids’ corner.

So come on and twist again like we did last summer!!!!

Enjoy and support a variety of local artists along the 5 or 10km route which will entertain you while you catch your breath. At the finished line there will be a main stage with well known international artists getting the party started. Join in the fun at the beer garden and win awesome prizes or have a bite to eat at one of the delicious food stalls. Leave your kids in the very capable hands of our Bakers Helpers at the kids’ corner.

So walk to the rhythmic beat of African drums, run like the wind, dance like a wild thing, or crawl with a little help of your friends, but for goodness sake, do the hippy hippy shake!

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

An unique fun run for young and old with live bands performing on route. A concert will conclude the Rock 'n' Run festivities on the main stage.
